WD Warehouse
A WD Warehouse represents inventory managed operationally by WD systems. OMS reflects the warehouse state and receives authoritative updates from WD workflows.
Custom Warehouse
A Custom Warehouse is controlled directly by the merchant in OMS. Inventory changes are applied through OMS inventory actions and become visible immediately.
How to choose
- Use WD Warehouse when stock is physically managed by WD.
- Use Custom Warehouse when the merchant manages stock and fulfilment directly.
