Shopify Order Sync

Understand how Shopify orders appear in OMS.

Standard flow

  1. A customer places an order in Shopify.
  2. Shopify sends the order event to OMS.
  3. OMS creates the order record.
  4. The order becomes visible in Sales.

Result in OMS

The order detail page shows the order information, customer data, line items, and mapped operational statuses.
