Adding Shipments

Create a shipment for a fulfilment workflow.

When to use this

Use shipment creation for merchant-managed orders when tracking information needs to be recorded and shared with the channel.

Steps

  1. Open the order detail page.
  2. Select Add Shipment.
  3. Enter the courier information.
  4. Enter the tracking number.
  5. Submit the shipment.

Expected result

The order fulfilment information is updated and the shipment details are stored in OMS.
