Orders Not Syncing

Investigate missing Shopify orders.

Checks

  1. Confirm Shopify is connected.
  2. Confirm the order exists in Shopify.
  3. Refresh the OMS Sales list.
  4. Check whether there may be a temporary sync delay.

Escalation detail

When escalating, include the Shopify order number, order date, and the time the order was expected to appear in OMS.
